My initial contract was composing and conducting the television theme and episodes for the 120 episode television series for PBS entitled "Wild America", working closely with the producers in creating a theme that will deliver the impact they envision for their program. This can involve several rewrites over what is often a compressed time schedule. A sampled mock-up of the score follows, with all the appropriate orchestral colorings (instruments). When approved, hiring contractors, copyists, music editors begins.

Relocating to Los Angeles 1986, orchestrating for "Dynasty, "The Colby's", "Hotel" for John Davis, an established composer. Also orchestrating for "MacGyver". I composed for the return series of "The New Mission: Impossible" for Paramount, later for "Beverly Hill 90210", "Hearts Are Wild' and other shows. I composed for Nat'l Geographic Television Specials and the Explorer Series. I've composed for many short films for AFI, UCLA and USC directors over a 15 year period. Presently scoring motion pictures, recently "PJ", starring John Heard, Vincent Pastore, Hallie Kate Eisenberg (www.pjthemovie.com). Additional scoring for "Chasing the Green" with William Devane.
