Radical Something is an L.A.-based trio comprised of California-natives Loggy (MC, Guitarist), Josh Cocktail (Vocalist), and Big Red (Producer, Vocalist). The band embodies a feel-good attitude through elements of hip-hop, reggae, R&B, Rock and Pop, with relatable song-writing that connects powerfully with young people everywhere.
Since bursting onto the music scene with their debut song “Be Easy” in June 2011, Radical Something has released two very successful more... projects and built a rapidly growing die-hard fan base. The band’s We Are Nothing LP released in September, 2011 received over 50K+ downloads and reached #9 on the iTunes alternative charts. Their follow up No Sweat EP saw even greater success reaching #6 on the iTunes overall albums charts and #9 on Billboard’s heatseekers charts beating out many of the industry’s biggest acts.
In Fall 2011, Radical Something toured Europe as part of their international ad campaign with Moncler Jackets. In early 2012, three of their songs were selected to be played in all Hollister Co. Stores world-wide and one song in all Billabong Australia stores. Their national Spring tour included appearances with Slightly Stupid, Asher Roth, SOJA, Cris Cab and more.
