“Strong song-oriented... intelligent, compelling... great energy... Love it...I'm now a fan."
- TAXI, the Independent A&R source
Long-time songwriters, William Zimmerman and Rob Peterson, formed ZimBob Music LLC to exploit their ever-growing catalog of catchy, pop-rock songs. Their songs posess the unique ability to help artists connect with fans, whether on the stage, through the silver screen, or in your room, on your headphones.
ZimBob songs have been performed live from Portland to Park City to Phoenix to Cape Town and on the radio (#29 FMQB Top 40 Added July 26, 1999 – Thousand Years). ZimBob tracks have also been showcased in film (Meant To Be - Out of Step 2002), ads (Uinta Basin Medical Center), and even at a large-scale Olympic event (2002 SLC Winter Games) – where, in every setting, you see people genuinely enjoying their music and lyrics.
Bill and Rob write the kind of songs that make you want to sing, or maybe, just maybe, even dance. They couple the catchy with the meaningful, without being trite or pretentious. They capture the core structural elements of great pop songs and tie them together with a strong hook - a little bit of Gavin DeGraw, Mat Kearney, Jason Mraz or Coldplay.
You can't help but like what you hear.
