How long have you been doing music for?

I’ve been doing music for 3 years now

What was the first record you bought?

The first record I bought was Bone Thugs n Harmony. I had tapes before that but that was the first one I felt I had to purchase myself. I was in the 3rd grade.

Who are your influences?

My family and the environment I was raised in.

Explain your sound in 3 words.

Real, emotional and relatable

What are some artists that you enjoy that nobody would think you would like?

I listen to Cold Play from time to time. I really enjoy their music. Also, this girl put me onto some early Amy Winehouse so I’ve been digging her joints too. Shorty is wild.

Biggie or Tupac?

Pac for emotion and Biggie for the tales.

You have unlimited dollars and can buy any car - what would you get?

TVR Tuscan. I seen John Travolta show his on cribs and he rode it in the movie Swordfish. That whip is slick and I’ve never seen it.

What was your worst job you ever had?

I worked at Burger King for a day. I still have the uniform. Went in to work and clocked out at lunch and haven’t returned since.

If you could have a song of yours the theme of any TV show - what would it be?

I did this song called “Hustle” and I would make that the theme song to Boardwalk Empire

What makes Chicago so great?

Skyline, Food, Women, and we are 100% real.

You are in the studio at 3am and starving - what do you get?

I go to Greektown to grab a gyro and stop and get some Jolly Rancher Fruit Chews.
