MD | NYC: Artist Community Takes CMJ By Storm 554 words · 3 minute read

A benchmark for emerging music and trends, CMJ Music Marathon is an annual music event that spans the boroughs of New York City. For one week, the clubs, venues, and studios become hubs of indie hustle and hundreds of artists and fans pave the already packed streets. To perform during CMJ is not only an opportunity to play in the nation’s most iconic city – it validates the position of the artist as a true artist on the make, and we’re so proud of all of our MD artists who earned the chance to rock their jams at this year’s CMJ Music Marathon.

Hailing from all walks of life and sporting sounds of all genres, these artists spiced up the stages of NYC with their distinctive hustle and represented the MD artist community with a flourish. If you weren’t lucky enough to wander the streets of the Big Apple last week to catch all of the acts, experience the journey here through the tweets and posts from our artists themselves.

Synth Pop with Electronic Sounds
