Needs to be dynamic and have climactic moments that encourage a high-energy workout that is both stimulating and engaging. Must have good energy, be quite fast and exciting! There is also a possibility that the song will be made into a music video / workout routine so it must be a full song with build ups. Must make people want to workout! Lyrically it needs to involve the word "Shake." Other lines that they are looking for are "work your body," "rock your body," "a sensation."
