Scott Lang, JD - Managing Director at City Cap Advisors, LLC

Scott has more than 25 years experience advising private and publicly held companies in mergers and acquisitions, private and public capital raises, and financial restructurings across a broad range of industries. Scott is also head of City Capital Investors, the merchant banking affiliate of City Capital Advisors. Scott is a member of the Board of Directors of UHY Advisors, Inc., The Cafritz Company and the Marwen Foundation. Representative clients Scott has advised include Ingersoll International, Signature Graphics, Technical Concepts, UHY Advisors, AMF, Morton’s of Chicago, and AAR Corp. He was named Middle Market Dealmaker of the Year by The M&A Advisor in 2003 and Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in 2002.

Collin Anderson

Collin recently returned to Digital Innovations (DI) as CEO after a nine year hiatus from the company he co-founded with a single product, The Skip Dr., and helped transform into an industry-leading, consumer electronics products company. Collin's career revolves around bridging the gap between invention and the marketplace. He has held successive positions involving early-stage technology, engineering project management, scientific research, and small-business consulting. Collin is a native of Montana. He has an MBA (High Honors) from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business; an M.S. and Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Vanderbilt University, where he was a Harold Stirling Vanderbilt Scholar (Vanderbilt’s highest fellowship); and a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering (High Honors) from Montana Tech.

Dugan Schwalm

Board Member

Dugan Schwalm has a long-standing history in venture capital and private equity,
and is a trusted board member and advisor to several fast-growing startups. He is
currently a Principal at Lurie Investments, Inc., the family office for the Ann and Robert
H. Lurie family, as well as the Managing Director of Greenwich Beverage Group. He
has invested hundreds of millions of dollars in promising startup businesses, and his
collective transaction track record is quickly approaching the $300 million mark. He
currently sits on the boards of Aperion Biologics, Funky Monkey Fruit Snacks, The Twin Trees Foundation, The Lincoln Park Zoo and of course, Music Dealers.

Dugan earned his B.S. and M.S. in engineering from Vanderbilt University, is a CFA charterholder, and has an MBA (Honors) from The University of Chicago Booth School
of Business.

Schwalm is an active philanthropist in the Chicago community, and enjoys skiing,
snowboarding and antique boats in his spare time.

Emmanuel Seuge

Head of Global Sports & Entertainment Marketing at The Coca-Cola Company

Since becoming the director of Coke’s global sports and entertainment marketing department, Emmanuel has worked on four World Cups and five Olympics. In 2006, he moved from overseeing Coke France to work for the brand’s global push in Atlanta. And in 2010, he oversaw Coke’s entire integrated marketing campaign for the FIFA World Cup in South Africa. For the 2010 World Cup, Seuge and his team crafted a campaign that revolved around Cameroon soccer star Roger Milla’s 1990 post-goal celebratory dance. The campaign, called “Open Happiness,” included the creation of the anthem “Wavin’ Flag,” which Seuge’s team produced alongside Somali hip-hop artist K’naan. Coke recorded the song in 17 languages, and the song sold 2.5 million copies.

Jon Sayer

Jon Sayer is a highly regarded integrated sales executive with an impressive track record, consistently leading teams to achieve significant advertising revenue growth in the areas of entertainment and music. Jon is currently a VP of Integrated Media Sales at Comcast, and has held senior leadership positions with the Walt Disney Company, World Wrestling Entertainment and Pabst Brewing Co.

Jon is an expert at developing broad based sales strategies and establishing effective trade and marketplace communication with clients and business partners alike. Jon has been on the Music Dealers Board of Directors since 2009, and provides key advice on revenue growth, sales strategy and business development. Jon attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he played collegiate football and was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon.

Marc Kiven

Marc currently is the Founder and Chief Revenue Office of BrightTag, an interactive marketing technology company that has developed the digital marketing industry's first Data Rights Management Platform.
Marc is also the Founder and Chairman of CareRunner.com, an online portal for non-professional caregivers that he launched in response to his experience caring for his father with Alzheimer’s disease.



Marc began his career running several of his own businesses in the fields of finance, real estate and manufacturing. In early 1998 Marc joined Seattle based Avenue A | Razorfish as employee 20 and helped the Agency expand domestically and internationally, achieving over $100 million in revenue over two years. Then in 2001, Marc became one of the founding executives of aQuantive’s Atlas DMT online advertising technology division, and helped to establish the company’s New York, Chicago, San Francisco, London and Toronto offices. He also served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Right Media, a company that development a proprietary digital media marketplace, and Chief Operating Officer at Centro, an online media services company that grew during Marc’s tenure from a 7-person office to a company of 100+ employees spread across 8 offices. Marc has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Arizona State University.
